I work with my clients in private 1-1 sessions, primarily by phone however local clients can choose to meet in person.
Because many of the patterns and beliefs that keep you from achieving your highest goals have been in place for many years, it takes consistency and commitment to shift them to ones that inspire empowered action. My recommendation is to start with a minimum 6 sessions… although you may find that you quickly become addicted to the results you get from coaching and will want to add on. Each session is custom tailored to your needs and can focus on any range of topics including personal development, work and career, finances, health and wellness, relationships, and spirituality.
It is important to maintain momentum so it’s best to schedule your sessions either every week, or every other week. Your goals, and the speed with which you want to attain them, will determine which is the best choice for you.
